These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Genesys Broadcasting Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") for your use of Rock TV, including the Rock TV website, mobile apps, and smart TV apps (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Rock TV.

1. The Service
Rock TV lets you browse and watch live television channels. Some channels are free. Others are available only while you have an active package. Channel lineups, schedules, picture quality, and availability can change. We do not promise that every channel, programme, or device will always be available.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your phone number, email, and devices secure.
- Sign-in may use a one-time password sent to your phone, or Google sign-in.
- One person should not share an account in a way that lets others avoid buying a package. We may limit simultaneous use if we detect abuse.
- You must be able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms.
3. Packages and payments
- Paid access is sold as a package with the price, currency (Indian rupees), and number of days shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your bank, card network, UPI app, or Razorpay may apply their own terms.
- A package starts when payment is confirmed and ends when the stated duration expires. Packages do not renew on their own.
- When a package ends, paid channels stop until you buy another package. Free channels remain available as offered at that time.
- Prices can change for future purchases. A change does not alter a package you have already paid for.
- Unless a mandatory law says otherwise, or we state a different refund rule at checkout, fees are charged for the package period you buy. Failed payments do not activate a package. If you were charged in error, contact us through the Contact page with your payment reference.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, restream, resell, or publicly perform a channel or programme except as the law allows for private personal viewing.
- Bypass access controls, download restrictions, or payment checks, or share a stream with people who are not using your account as allowed here.
- Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or use bots or scrapers except for ordinary search-engine indexing of public pages.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to upload or send content that is illegal, misleading, or abusive through support or any other feature.
- Interfere with another person's use of Rock TV or attempt to access an account that is not yours.
5. Content and intellectual property
Channels, programmes, logos, schedules, and other media on Rock TV are owned by Genesys Broadcasting Private Limited or by the broadcasters and licensors who supply them. Rock TV, the Rock TV name, and our logos are used by Genesys Broadcasting Private Limited. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to stream content through the Service for private viewing in line with these terms and the package you have, if any. Broadcasters may require us to remove or change a channel. We may do so without notice.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Razorpay for payments, Google for optional sign-in, and Firebase for optional push notifications. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Links to a broadcaster or other website leave Rock TV, and we are not responsible for those sites.
7. Availability and devices
Live television depends on networks, devices, and upstream feeds that we do not fully control. Streams may be interrupted, delayed, or shown in a different quality. You are responsible for the internet connection, device, and data charges needed to use Rock TV.
8. Suspension and ending access
You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account through the Contact page. We may suspend or close an account, or block a stream, if we reasonably believe these terms were broken, a payment is fraudulent, or we must do so to protect the Service or to follow the law. Ending access does not by itself refund a package period that has already started, except where the law requires a refund.
9. Disclaimers
The Service, channels, and schedules are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted viewing, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Programme information may come from third parties and may be incomplete or change.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Genesys Broadcasting Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Rock TV. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid package is limited to the amount you paid us for that package. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Rock TV after the update, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these terms or the Service, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under Indian law.
